I discovered Bill from a referral from another real estate professional. I was selling a property on the shore, while I live in a different state. I was impressed with his knowledge of the area and the intricacies that are the hallmark of this particular market. He quickly built a marketing plan, established a sales price, and anticipated what the final price would be. We actually received a strong offer prior to the open house, and saw that increase during a quick two day marketing negotiation. The final selling price was exactly where he thought it would be. The property was continuing to be shown until we went to contract. That required finessing the existing tenant. Bill handled that perfectly. Once we were in contract the fun really began. Numerous inspections and trades people had to be scheduled, all working around the tenant. Being out of state I couldn’t provide any assistance. Bill stepped up and made himself available to be on site, all while juggling everything else going on in his business and personal life. He was also my Jiminy Cricket, making sure I had all of my filings and paperwork completed on time and in good order.
